Q - Are there fees associated with the transaction?
A - None. We pay the shipping and all associated fees.
Q - Is the transaction Safe?
A - Yes. When we arrange the shipment it is insured.
Q - Are your payouts higher than a jewelry store or pawn shop?
A - Yes. Because we not only recycle we are marketers and retailers we can afford to pay you top dollar for your items.
Q - What type of items can I send in?
A - We accept anything containing gold, silver, platinum, palladium and other precious metals.
Q - Can I send in stones/precious gems?
A - Yes. Because we not only recycle, we are marketers and retailers we can pay you top dollar for your items.
Q - What happens if I change my mind?
A - If for any reason you are not satisfied with the offer or payment we send you, and would like your items back, call within 48 hours of receipt or within 7 days of the date printed on the check and you will receive instructions for the return of your gold. We will promptly return all of your items.
Q - How am I paid?
A - We pay by check; or We can pay you electronically using Paypal’s email payment service if you have a Paypal account and include the email associated with your Paypal account!
